This a Moonmelon, scientifically knows as asidus. This fruit grows in some parts of Japan, and is known for its vibrant blue color. What you probably don’t know about this fruit is that it can switch flavors after you eat it. Everything sour will taste sweet, everything salty will taste bitter, and it gives water a strong orange-like taste. It’s also very expensive…costing about ¥16000 JPY (which is about 200 dollars).

or you know this could be photoshopped

but idk

this is alexandrias melon (wow)

it never grows seeds but it can still produce other melons (its magic)

it is grown deep in the jungles of peru and can prevent you from aging well into the hundreds

it is known by the natives there as k’uhul ajaw cacao shi-jiiy.

its really strange how all of these pictures look exactly the same because everything on the internet is true

This is the Peppermeloni. (seriously gosh just look at that sexy mother fucker) Its scientific name is Tumblrous Pepperonus.

The only known specimen is in a pot in David Karps treasure dungeon. It is a tradition that a single slice is given to every tumblr blog that reaches 500,000 followers.

It has the remarkable property of being as healthy as watermelon but tasting like cheesy pepperoni pizza.

This planet is really just so amazing guys wow.

Someone import this stuff to Britain

Don’t Buy Resale Tickets!

summerinthecitygathering:

Hey guys,

As you know, tickets for this year’s event are sold out. They went pretty fast!

If you didn’t get any, we’ll be getting our waiting list for buying refunded tickets up and running in the next week or so, and will give you more info about that soon.

In the meantime, while we realise it’s tempting to search around the web for any tickets that other people don’t need and might be selling, we have to stress that you do not buy from anyone else but us. Not eBay, not via Twitter or Facebook, not anywhere.

We’re not saying that for our own benefit - these aren’t regular tickets, they’re printable e-tickets and can therefore be easily duplicated. If someone mails you a ticket, they’ll still have a copy that they can use. But only one will be valid.
If you buy a ticket from someone else, but they still decide to go to SitC and get to the venue before you:

  • Your ticket will be invalid
  • You won’t be allowed in
  • There will be nothing we can do about it because you purchased outside of us
  • You will have spent your money on nothing
  • We’ll all feel bad.

It is not worth the risk, especially when you add costs of travel, accommodation etc on top of that.

Similarly, if you have tickets that you can’t use or don’t need, we also strongly request that you don’t try to sell them on. We are currently refunding any tickets that need to be, and we’re doing that pretty efficiently. If you need to refund any tickets, contact us at refunds@sitc-event.co.uk. We’ll be reselling those tickets on the waiting list, so you don’t have to try and do it yourself.

Also a reminder that if you are under 14 and do not have a ticket for an adult (21+) to come with you, you’ll have to refund your ticket unless you want to try your chances on the waiting list (More info on that here).

Stay smart guys. Please share this post with anyone you think might need to see it!

The SitC Team x
