SitC Summer Warm-Up: Everything You Need To Know

So we’ve been getting a lot of questions about our latest announcement!

What’s the Summer Warm-Up? Is it only in London? What is it? Are you coming to my hometown? What is it? Who’s going? What is it?

Hopefully this post will clear a few things up for you!

Summer Warm-Up

The Warm-Up is a new event, organised by us. We’ll be bringing the SitC experience to a handful of cities across the UK in the weeks before the main event, in the form of smaller gigs. We’ll wrap up the Warm-Up in London, on the night before SitC.

London

The London Warm-Up will be taking place at the O2 Academy Islington, on Friday 16th August. The line-up will include acts from the main Summer in the City guest list. Doors open at 6pm and it is ages 14+. Tickets are available here!

Everywhere Else

Smaller gigs and locations will be announced next week. These will most likely have a much smaller capacity and different line-ups, but we’ll keep you posted!

Things

If you want to go to one of the Warm-Ups and already have a SitC ticket, you will also need a ticket for the Warm-Up. This is to give everyone, especially people who couldn’t make it to SitC, a fair chance in attending one of our events.

If you missed getting SitC tickets, we heavily advise you consider getting tickets for the Warm-Up instead; there are not enough refunded tickets to please everyone who wants to sign up for the waiting ballot, and this way you at least get to join us in some way!

Don’t forget to follow both the SitC and Warm-Up Twitters to stay up to date with all the upcoming announcements!

Hey, bro, cool story.

DFTBA sells a bunch of shirts, and we market to ugly people and nerdy people and small people and big people and pretty people and we’re doing okay and plus we don’t need physical stores with LITERALLY THE WORST MUSIC EVER CREATED BY HUMANS PLAYING AT EAR-BLEEDING VOLUME SO THAT ALL OF YOUR PURPORTEDLY COOL AND BEAUTIFUL EMPLOYEES ARE MADE DEAF BY THEIR WORKING CONDITIONS.

So that’s another way of doing it.

Also I hate your jeans.
